Let give this another go.

I've included the basic settings for the game.

Hmm, after downloading that turn I had to open Colonization and then manually load the turn from the multiplayer "load game" screen as the file comes down as an unknown file format.

Any idea why this is happening? It works fine though. Max up !

Here's the turn redone.

Might be worth opening the saved turn until there's a patch to iron this out.

thank god, cause for the 1st save i initially thought id forgotten my password! me!
