Came across this last night. Basically its a site which has been tracking torrent swarms and will report back to you torrents it has detected downloaded from your current ip. Something I'm sure *cough* noone around here would be guilty of >:D

How I'm not on there is boggling my mind at the moment. Looks like Demonoid and PeerBlocker are doing their jobs!
